Assistant Professor of the Department of Modern and Contemporary History at the University of Valencia. In her research, Prof. Prades has dealt with the construction of the Spanish national identity in the first decades of Francoism, focusing on the use that is made of history for this purpose. Prof. Prades has been also interested in the political cultures of Francoism, studying reactionary nationalists heirs to the tradition of Acción Española.
