Professor of History at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF), with acting in undergraduate and graduate teaching. Doctor in History by the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP, 2012), with residency at the Institute of Social Sciences of the University of Lisbon (ICS-ULisboa, 2011), and post-doctorate at the National University of Cordoba (UNC, Argentina, 2016), the University of Valencia (Espanha, 2024) and the University of São Paulo (2024-2025). Productivity Fellow of CNPq. Member of the board of the International Association for Comparative Fascist Studies (ComFas) and coordinator of the Right, History and Memory Research Network. Prof. Pereira’s transnational research focuses on the right, fascism, integralism, salazarismo, franquism and corporatism in the context of the history of Republican Brazil, Latin America and the Iberian world.
