Natalia Núñez Bargueño is a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow at KU Leuven’s Faculty of Theology and Religious Studies and the Faculty of Arts, where she leads the project TheoFem: Lay Women as International Experts and Theologians avant-la-lettre. Legacies and Entangled Histories (1945–1962) https://theofem-project.com/ She previously held a postdoctoral position at the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha and was a visiting researcher at SciencesPo, Aoyama Gakuin University (Japan), and the École Française de Rome (2024–2025). Her research is contributing to shaping current debates in Contemporary Catholicism, Transnational and Cultural History, and Gender Studies.
